0x01_ELIGIBILITY_CRITERIA
We accept returns and refund requests strictly within 7 days of order delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exception_Notice: Custom merchandise, limited-edition hardware, and items purchased during specific flash sales are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
0x02_DEFECT_VERIFICATION
If you receive a defective item, you must submit high-resolution photographic evidence to support@iitea.in within 48 hours of delivery. Our quality control node will audit the claim and respond within 3 business days.
0x03_REFUND_PROCESS
- ├── Initiated within 48 hours of approved claim.
- ├── Funds returned to original payment method.
- ├── Processing time: 5-7 business days (Razorpay standard).
0x04_SHIPPING_COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
